The house and amenities were as described by the host and pics on the site. Excellent fishing and views and pool and spa access. Nothing was a surprise or an issue when it comes to staying in a home that is not your own. We had a few questions and the host was on top of it!!!

It was decent but definitely not worth what we paid for it. You have to travel across a ferry to get to a nice beach and you can tell It’s an old home and very used. with that being said we did enjoy our time there, but I probably won’t rent again.

Christmas get away

We had an amazing time staying at Kokomo flats!!! We had 8 teenage boys and the property was perfect for fishing, swimming, and hot tubbing! It was probably the most well organized and stocked vrbo we have stayed! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful house to stay in! My whole family was comfortable and the property was great! We could've lived in the backyard the whole trip. Owners were so kind and responsive to all my questions. We would definitely want to stay again.

The location and amenities were amazing. We had so much fun swimming all day and fishing all night. The view of the bay was amazing (birds, dolphins, fishing, etc.). The kitchen was so well stocked it surpassed all expectations.

Loved this house on the water

We had a great time staying at this house and really enjoyed the pool and the location right on the water where our kids loved watching all the boats go by. The house was one of the most well stocked rentals that we have stayed in with all kinds of kitchen items and tons of towels available. The host was very quick to respond if we needed anything. There was also tons of places to sit outside which we really enjoyed. Overall we had a great stay!

What a fantastic place to have the kids and grandkids. The bonding that the grandkids had was so gratifying. With the pool, the beach was not an issue. Everything you needed was either provided are very close by. Mr. and Mrs. Albright, the hosts for this property could not have been better. See y’all again next year.
