Horrible for parking, there should be a designated spot it’s better to just pay
For parking, was small little home but cold needs more heaters in living room. Also the walking area needs some work very muddy from the rain. Overall bed was nice and clean, host was also very nice when he let us use the washer and dryer.
The host was exceptional. The decor inside the property was cozy and tasteful. The property had everything you could need. This was one of the best experiences everything had with a rental property.
Overall this wasn't the worst stay, the location price and amenities were a plus but would noy stay agai

Welcoming, lovely old apartment that is conveniently located near convention center and medical facilities. Nice, homey space. Watch the step down into the apartment.
This was a great place to stay. It had everything you need and a good location for getting around downtown. There is a little store two houses down to get essentials. A Starbucks in the hospital nearby. It was clean, the host was good and responsive, we didn’t need anything else!
The apartment was exactly as listed and perfectly suited for my hip replacement surgery at Swedish Medical Center. Everything that we needed was within walking distance. The owner was extremely accommodating to our questions and requests.
It was a perfect for us- my husband and I were visiting our son who is on campus at Seattle U. The location was directly across from the campus- so it was perfect for us. The space heaters kept us warm and cozy and the host was excellent with communication! We’d definitely stay there again!
Stayed here for a couple of nights to catch a comedy show and explore the city. This was a perfection location to walk everywhere. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors and cars outside could be a bit loud at times but that’s expected in the city in an older building, and didn’t keep us from a good night sleep. I loved how close we were to so many good restaurants and coffee shops. I would definitely stay here again!
Clean, refreshing unit. The dining table was decorated with a vase of tulips. Three heaters in the unit ensure comfort during the cool early spring season. Wifi is stable and fast. Whole Foods is a convenient short walk away.
Easy to get in and no issues there. Clean room and very comfy bed. We were only there to sleep as we were out all day. Location was easy to find driving and no issues finding a parking spot for us. While located further from downtown and pier if you like walking it was abojt 30-40 min to the pier and uber was less than 20 to get home absolutely worth it. If you do stay here check out The Locust cider co. They are 2 blocks awah and so good.
I'm a travel doc and needed a comfy place near the hospital to stay. It worked out well with some coffee joints and a fast Thai restaurant on the way to work. I sleep with a mask and earplugs and slept well there during the day!
Easy walking distance to hospital.
Would be a nice accommodation if thoroughly cleaned/sanitized.
Nice flooring throughout.
Nice electric waste bin.
Hostess kindly communicated via email and text, providing details for parking and access.
Musty smell upon arrival.
Mold and mildew in kitchen faucet area and sink drain, food on wall next to stove, grease/food on side of stove, well used dirty sponge, limited kitchenware, no towels or hot pads, etc.
Moldy bathroom faucets and drains, “fuzzy” air vent and hair dryer screen.
Window fan dirty with “fuzzy” grate. Dehumidifier with an inch of standing water and mold in the reservoir, which we disinfected/cleaned to use for air circulation. No air conditioning in unit.
Replaced bad batteries in remote, still no tv reception with provided instructions.
Dirty windows and venetian blinds throughout the apartment.
Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay at this property as the gas stove was turned on and it was leaking gas into the suite. The smell of gas was so bad I got sick instantly and couldn't stay there even if it was aired out. We were offered the other suite In the house and unfortunately it also smelled of gas.
This is not the fault of the owner in anyway. They are lucky the house didn’t blow up. We are still waiting on our refund for not staying there from both the owner and Vrbo.

My apologies that it happened unfortunately the previous guest forgot turning off the gas stove when they checked out, the gas was also leaking to the unit next. It is unfortunate for both. I was to address it asap and made my best offer to you to reduce the hassle. You were fully refunded immediately aper VRBO record. My best wishes to you!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is in close proximity to busses and street car lines, so we had no issue getting to the places we wanted to go. The host was very responsive any time we had a question and worked to ensure that our stay was excellent quality.
