Beautiful apartment building with tropical landscaping, resort-like pool, BBQs and outdoor dining areas, and outdoor gym. Apartment was newly renovated in 2021 with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, wood laminate floors throughout, and tiled bathroom.

Great Transition Space

We stayed here for almost three months while transitioning to the west coast and it was perfect. The space was well appointed and had all the comforts one would need. Allen was friendly and accommodating with everything we needed or requested. This is a great place to stay if you have an extended trip or need to be in the area while trying to coordinate a move. The complex is also great and nicely renovated. Thank you Allen, we loved it! The only things we would fix/change: - Cupboards need new handles - Bedside tables could use lamps

Condo at Emerald

Condo is nicely and thoughtful set up. They provided everything we needed. Host is very responsive and professional. We definitely recommend it and will rent it again when we come back

Great stay!

The condo looks exactly like the photos. Allen was a great host. He answered our questions and resolved some minor issues in the condo quickly. We stayed for 2 months and really enjoyed our time there.
