The location was great for us. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. Appreciated having the in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool (only a two minute walk) especially after hitting the slopes all day.

Place was fine, a good value. Heaters seemed to not work in bedrooms, but worked in the rest of the place. May have been user error.

Poor maintenance response
Property was as expected but there was poor response to problem with heat. Had to use space heaters to keep bedrooms and bathrooms warm. Promised to be there to repair and never showed up.

This property was very nice and cozy. Incredibly well equipped. We never had an issue finding parking and the clubhouse/pool/hot tub area was great. It is on the third floor which seems a lot higher up when you your legs are tired of skiing. We liked it because it quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and clean with extra paper supplies and clean towels. Beautiful river view and walking distance to restaurants! So quiet! Stunning hikes along the Fraser river. within minutes of the property. Thrilled with the Alpine slide and gondola ride in Winter Park Resort. Hiked to Columbine lake in the Arapaho National Forest and to Adam's Falls and beyond in Rocky Mountain National Park as well as a breathtaking drive along Trailridge Road. Biked along the Fraser trail. Loved the stars at night!
