This beautiful One Bedroom (KING bed)/One Bath condo is perfect for a romantic getaway and also and adventurous vacation for a small family. The view from the 3rd floor balcony is spectacular. With elevator access, this condo is easy for all ages to enjoy. Owners have upgraded furniture, paint, and added new appliances and tile in bathroom and kitchen along with new flat screen tv, bar stools, and dinette set, Living Room futon, free WiFi, along with free parking, The condo's decor is warm, comfortable and will make you feel right at home. Definitely priced right!!

This place was great for the price! We had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed eating meals on the balcony with the awesome view! It was a great location, close to multiple golf courses and hiking. We were satisfied with the amenities for the affordable price.

There was no contact with the host even after multiple communications- direct email, VRBO EMAIL, text and phone call. Other residents were screaming every night. We got no sleep during our stay. We left early

Excellent paper goods, laundry, dis washer and dishes. Cookwear needs to be updated. Flatware needs more only 3 of everything. Plenty towels, excellent linens. Very quiet and enjoyable. I will be back.

Could use a bigger TV and King size bed. Location and view were outstanding. Everything we needed was there.

So comfortable!

This condo is in a perfect and central location. It was perfectly clean upon arrival. The amenities were great and the view from the balcony was stunning. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

My brother and I and wives live in Bermuda and SLC area respectively. We have eight children between us. We love to vacation in St George and Hawaii. We love the condo and the St George area.

Why they chose this property

We bought this to get out of the snow in Salt Lake and GOLF and do outdoors activities. Fun for a quick get away for us and our kids.
