- Living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV opening onto a balcony with a stunning view overlooking the beach, the town of ERQUY, and its port;
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen;
- A bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe, and access to the balcony;
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Private outdoor parking space.
- Included in the rent: bed linen, household linen (towels and kitchen towels)
