The light is gorgeous here! Newly Constructed Home On the Ammonoosuc River!

New Construction chalet style home all on one level! 1 bedroom one bath/shower washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and great room with soaring pine ceilings and southern exposure windows. Our beautiful new home can be yours to enjoy all the White Mountains have to offer. 7 minutes to The Mount Washington Hotel and Bretton Woods ski area. Our property abutts the snowmobile trails leading to corridor 11.
Our ultra comfortable home with leather couches covered in sheepskins and cowhide rug , has a very laid back vibe..
Come to relax, fish out of our riverfront, hike, ski, snowmobile or whatever you are in the mood for!! We have it all! Our kitchen has most high end equipment you would expect as well as lovely China/ glass and cutlery to enhance your experience.
We welcome you to come make your new memories !

It has also been brought to my attention some folks were concerned the upstairs suite would be occupied at the same time as your rental. This simply isn’t the case. It’s our private quarters and it is not included in this rental as it is locked and unoccupied.

Perfect get away for two

We spent a week hiking and biking in the Whites and were lucky to stay at this rental. The property was extremely clean and well appointed. We enjoyed cooking meals and dining at the house, as well as trying some of the local Bethlehem restaurants down the road. Washer and dryer on-site were excellent and the spa like shower head was a welcome surprise after a day of hiking! The property owners were responsive and they care about their home. Thank you, Jennifer and Greg!

Another great stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our 2nd one week stay at this home and would definitely stay again. The home is clean, well appointed had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and it's located in a quiet neighborhood.

Lovely home on a private road.

The property sits on a private road so there is very little noise or activity. Actually encountered a deer grazing on the property when coming back from a walk. House has a nice patio out front where you can sit/talk and eat. The house itself is very comfortable with all modern appliances. We felt very much at home while we were there. We were in touch with our host Jennifer several time before and during our stay. She was very helpful and even gave us some tips on her favorite walking area. She made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again.
