Welcome to this modern and cozy apartment, in the heart of Old Nice!



Located just steps away from the lovely Place Rossetti in Old Nice (beware, pedestrian area not accessible by car), in an authentic Niçois building on the first floor without an elevator, this apartment is ideal for your stay on the French Riviera. Please note that the building entrance is quite narrow and the stairs are rather steep (about 10 steps).



Accommodating 2 people (adults without children preferably, as the building\'s stairs are quite steep), it consists of:



- A living room with a sofa, a TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs;



- A fully equipped open kitchen: cooking hobs, small refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and kitchen utensils;



- A bedroom area (without a door) with a glass partition and a blind, a queen-size bed (160x200);



- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer.



You will be located in the heart of Old Nice, an authentic and lively neighborhood of the city, with its cobblestone streets and colorful buildings. You can easily explore the city on foot:



- Promenade des Anglais and beaches: 400m

- Place Garibaldi: 500m

- Cours Saleya: 400m

- Place Masséna: 700m

- Avenue Jean Médecin: 700m



Tram line 1 (serving Nice Ville train station) is 270m away, at the Cathédrale Vieille Ville stop.

Tram line 2 (serving the airport) is 500m away, at the Garibaldi/Le Château stop.
