Steps from the sea, it offers a sunlit living room, a sleeping nook,a kitchen and a bathroom with private views of Old Nice. Suited to slow mornings, inspired evenings and everything in between.

We invite guests to move mindfully and enjoy the space as it was intended. Your comfort matters to us, and as with any home, guests remain responsible for their own wellbeing during their stay.**
