This beautiful unit is completely furnished with new lanai furniture, linens, towels and 55" screen UHD TV with DVD. Fireplace! New Granite kitchen, (French coffee-press, K-Cup, or Cuisinart), 3 door frig, blender, chopper --new elevators, western view to nature preserve and the Intracoastal waterway. Terrific stay in Melbourne Beach
In advance of our stay, communication with the owners John and Joanne, was easy and reassuring. The booking process including the contractual aspect were straightforward and hassle-free. On arrival we found the accomodation to be exactly as described. It was spotless and very well equipped. The fifth floor location gave incredible ocean views and provided a "live action event" in terms of wildlife spotting.
In 20 years of visiting Melbourne Beach, I have never met better hosts than John and Joanne. I would highly recommend their property.

Great Condo Great Area
June of 2012 we will be renting this unit for the second time. Need I say that it was a great month. The unit has everything you need and is very well equipped. The owners are helpful and the rest of the grounds: pool, tennis court etc, are equally well maintained. All units are beach front: no walking across roads for acess.

Wonderful condo
This is an extremely nice condo. Everything needed is supplied. The views are wonderful from the living room, master bedroom and outside balcony. You are right over a lovely, uncrowded beach. You see porpoises and even whales, also lots of birds. Fishing is good from the beach. The unit is well equipped and furnished. This is a lovely, uncrowded area of Florida

Great place !
We spent the most wonderfull vacations in this magnificient condo,
even better than on the pictures ! Very peacefull, the view is great, and the contact with the owner was great ! If you like a quiet place to rest, see dolphins every morning, and turtles on the beach during the night (summer), so that's the place you have to go !!
Can't wait next year to come back !!!!!

Excellent Beach Rental!
This is an excellent beach rental--everything is new and clean--I loved falling asleep listening to the waves and waking up and seeing the water right from our bed! The owners are great and make you feel so welcome and relaxed. Definately a "10"! we'll be back! Jack and Colleen

The best of both worlds--Ocean beaches to the East and Intracoastal boating to the West...away from the, crowds and traffic, but cosmopolitan activities near by...
What makes this property unique
Sometimes we count the 'Beach People'--seldom more than 8-10 during the week ( including surf fishermen) and often fewer at the pool-- typically you can double those numbers on weekends though!
