We loved this property! Had a few minor issues but that’s to be expected with rentals. It’s perfect for groups of people that like their own space at times. I didn’t realize it at first but the one studio room is completely separate! It was nice because I have young kids that go to bed earlier than the other peoples kids who was with us. So we had our own little spot without being in a whole different unit.

Just returned home from staying at splash resort at this condo. The condo itself was very nice. Plenty of space for my family of 6 adults and 4 children. The condo was overall a clean space but the couch could use a good cleaning or be replaced (you could tell it was just dirty from constant use and the cushions weren’t full/firm) but it didn’t bother us too much. The resort was nice with the small waterpark for the kiddos or the pool for swimming. The little kids liked the beach more so that’s where we enjoyed most of our time. One thing we were grateful for with this condo was being on a lower floor. The whole time we were there the 2nd elevator on the east tower was out of order so wait times were crazy long, it was very nice knowing we only a few flights of stairs to climb when we didn’t want to stand and wait for the elevator. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably come back more regularly if we weren’t 10 hours away.

We’ve stayed at the Splash on several occasions. The grandchildren just love the place. The parking is under cover and close to elevators and walkways. The check in lady has always very friendly and helpful. Thank you and we’ll see you again soon.

Thanks for sharing your “slice of heaven” with my family. We had enough room to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the views from the 3 balconies were breath taking. The kids enjoyed the pool, the splash pad and the easy access to the beach. Lots of memories were made and we will be back to stay again.

A few minor glitches which can be expected with any property. Regardless the layout of the unit worked well for us. Roms were clean. Host was very responsive. The resort amenities and staff were exceptional. The number one highlight of this property is the breathtaking views. I highly recommend this property

I enjoyed my stay at Splash Majestic! The hostess Rachel was very accommodating and quick to respond with any question or concern I had. The kitchen had plenty of amenities and the balcony view of the beach from the living room was spectacular. We had plenty of room to enjoy and rest. The beds were comfortable as well. Will be back for another mini vacay soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo at Splash Resort and would definitely stay here again! Our family of nine had plenty of room, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating for a larger group.The views were absolutely spectacular and one of our favorite parts of the trip. The location is fantastic, with easy beach access and plenty to do nearby. We also really enjoyed the resort amenities, especially the pools and the tiki bar. Everything made for a fun and relaxing family vacation.A few minor things could be improved. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, there weren’t quite enough towels for a family our size, and the dryer has a bent piece inside that could potentially snag clothing. None of these issues were major enough to affect our overall enjoyment of the stay, but they’re worth noting.Overall, we had an amazing trip and would rate our experience 9/10. The condo and resort were a great fit for our family, and we made some wonderful memories during our stay.

Love the location, pool, lazy river, and beautiful views from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with all our needs! Mother-in-law was able to sit on balcony and watch us on the beach and at the pool. Will definitely stay here again!

Location is everything! Unit was very accommodating to larger family. Besides my husband and I, we had plenty of space for two 20 year olds, son and daughter-in-law and three children (2 babies!). Room is conveniently located on 2nd floor. A quick walk if you don’t want to take the elevator to the pool/beach.There are two bedrooms in the main suite. Each bedroom has a balcony with ocean view. In law suite has its own private balcony as well.Everyone enjoyed being together but also enjoyed their private time on their balcony.There isn’t much to not like about this suite. Owner was quick to respond and had great communication . We would love to return!

This was a family trip

I decided to take my family to the beach and my mother liked the amenities with the different pool options. The condo was very clean and everything worked as it should. The beds were comfortable and it's on a lower floor with easy access to everything. We will stay there again.

Overall this condo was a decent price for the value, however I definitely think the listing photos were deceiving, compared to the overall maintenance of the particular unit. I expected to arrive to a fully set table (see photos) but upon arrival the table was bare. This unit slept 8 guests, but the main balcony only had seating for 3 people. The main suite boasted a pull out twin futon/oversized chair- which we planned to use for our toddler, but there were no spare linens anywhere in the condo unit. The bath towels were incredibly small and thin, similar to a dollar general type or an extremely basic Walmart type of towel. There were several light bulbs out (Master Bathroom Shower, Queen bedroom ceiling light, and balcony light). The fridge is in a tight corner with no spare room to fully open the freezer door. And definitely don’t move the couch (gross). The backside of the main balcony blinds were also very gross looking. All of these are small things that didn’t cause any REAL issues, but after seeing the listing I expected better overall care, cleanliness and maintenance. I think the property manager needs to do a DEEP CLEAN and maintenance check to revive the unit to the quality of standard that the photos present.

Great Stay! Will book again!

What a great vacation spot! Unit(s) were perfect - spacious and clean, we enjoyed the being connected but still having separate unit for grandparents, and the access to the beach couldn't have been better! The views from the unit were breath-taking. Splash resort pools were a warm reprieve - fun for the kids! Location of unit was convenient to entertainment, shops, and restaurants. Parking was convient and close. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Every question was answered thoroughly and host graciously accommodated special requests. We will certainly will look to book this unit again and look at other offerings from host. Thank you for the great vacation!!

Needs some work

Set up well but was outdated and needed a deep clean. Only one blanket in the whole condo, Mattress pad had stains and the sheets wouldn’t stay on bed in master bedroom. Sorely needed a upgrade on patio furniture. The Splash resort needed a paint job around the doors and entryways! Would not stay here again and would not recommend

I am very surprised to hear of these complaints for the first time after your checkout, especially as we write in our check-in instructions to let us know if any issues upon arrival. We are very responsive, yet heard nothing from you. Hope complaints are sincere and not a result of not getting a refund. Anyhow, we have a blanket per bed, so not sure how u didn’t find it. Splash is one of the most popular resorts in the Panhandle, so not sure how u didn’t like it. Our patio furniture was bought 6 months ago.

Our stay at Splash 201E

We had the best time. Check-In was really easy. We were about 2 hours early but was able to get our wrist bands and head down to the pool and the beach. Communication with the Mrs Rachel was great. I had a couple of questions about the remote for the tvs and she got right on it and we figured out what I was doing wrong. Overall the condo was very clean and spacious. We had 11 people overall, 5 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 3-11. This condo being on the second floor was awesome because we didn’t have to wait on the elevator. The stairs are right next to the condo. Each room has its own balcony and that was great! The Splash resort has an Alvins Island right across the road which was great too! We had a great stay and definitely plan to visit again!
