Beachfront Paradise!

Welcome to Florence II #203, a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo located on South Padre Island! This complex is located directly on the beachfront, and has a nice outdoor area with a heated pool! Guests will have a great island vacation in this beautiful condo. The balcony offers fantastic close-up ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico! The living room is spacious, has a flat screen tv, and ample seating which allows plenty of room for guests to sit and relax. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has all cooking supplies such as pots, pans, and cooking utensils for guests to use. The dining area offers seating for 4 people plus an additional two bar stools are located at the kitchen island. The master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen tv. The room is spacious and has a great ocean view and easy access to the oceanfront balcony. The master bathroom has a large countertop for guests to use and entails a tub/shower. The guest room has two full beds and a flat screen tv. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower.

The condominium complex also offers an onsite laundry facility for your convenience and is located within walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and entertainment venues!

Every stay at Florence II #203 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Beautiful View, Great Location, and Responsive Service

Their view, location and bed/bath is just as described. We needed to find inner peace for a few days and that sunrise and close walk to the beach helped. Property was very responsive when we locked ourselves out. Wish there were two less codes to get in/out/around as that was the part that required us to have our phones that had all the codes. Dated inside but that was as advertised. Responsiveness was great and the place was just what we needed and close to everything. We were lucky enough to get to watch a rocket launch on Monday. We will be back

Great condo in the perfect location.

We had the best stay at Florence II. This is a perfect location with great and easy access to the beach. We didn't use the pool because we were so close to the beach. The condo itself was beautifully clean, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. We will definitely return here.

Cute condo with amazing beach view

It was just what we needed, planning a last minute trip to South Padre. We were mostly on the beach and not in the condo, but did use the sleeping and kitchen facilities and everything was adequate for what we needed. The beach view was gorgeous from the balcony. We walked to Claytons and Wanna Wanna on the beach from our condo.

Appreciate the beautiful accommodations

Thank you to your team for the wonderful experience at SPI . The condo was great and the view was exceptional. We would love to return to this location with maybe a three bedroom instead of a two bedroom. Only drawback was the lack of washer and dryer in the condo itself. Thanks !

Home has incredible views. Beds are comfortable. Overall the place is really nice. Floors were dirty so we kept our shoes on the whole time we were there. Both coffee pots didn't work which was really disappointing. All in all this is a nice place

Lovely stay!

We loved our stay at Florence II 203. We had a great time at the beach and loved that they offered credit to rent beach equipment, it was so convenient! The place is clean but not updated in its amenities. The master bed was so comfy and so lovely that it was a king. Our only complaint was that it didn't have a washer and dryer. We have stayed here in the past and thought it had some but did not.

Great On the beach location

We selected this condo because it was in the location and good looking inside. My family of four enjoyed our time here. There a fewer units in this condo and that's good because there's more availability at the pool and hot tub to have it all to yourself. We also liked having a dedicated parking space in the garage. The master bedroom mattress was excellent- I caught up on much needed rest and slept more than I should. The best part is the view.

After the 2nd day of construction noise, we had to move to a different condo. In addition, the condo needed serious updating and maintenance. No hot water at the kitchen sink. Broken grab bar in master bath. Wiring with duct tape.Sliding door trip hazard should at the least be marked. Master bed mattress not so good.On the positive the view was amazing.

We traveled from out of state to stay at South Padre Island, but upon arriving at our condo, we discovered bedbugs. The island was completely booked, leaving us with no choice but to leave the same day we arrived and return home early. Our entire vacation was ruined. I’m incredibly disappointed that the condo wasn’t properly inspected before our arrival—something as serious as bedbugs should have been caught and addressed. We spent a lot of money for what turned out to be no vacation at all.

thank you for letting us stay at your beachfront condo, the experience was exceptional we look forward to going back and hopefully staying in the same room. the veiw of the ocean was mezmorizing. if i have to make a complain is that the only thing was since mom was on a wheel chair it was hard to get her onto the balcony. fortunately we were able to get passed that, still manage to have an excellent time. having our own parking spot was a huge plus. we would highly recommend your beachfront condo to whomever is looking for good weekend getaway. once again thank you .
