- Terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs for 8 people), electric plancha, umbrella, 4 deckchairs

- Bedroom 2: two 80 beds that can be moved closer together (bed 160)
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with bath
- Provision of an umbrella cot and a high chair free of charge
