Vacation Home at Margaritaville Resort - Lake of the Ozarks

The perfect place for family and friends to gather. All the comforts of home are included in this 2000-square-foot, three-bedroom, private, vacation home. The home is located in the private Tan-tar-a estates neighborhood, adjacent to the Margaritaville Resort. It has a large lake view, wooded lot providing a cozy, secluded setting. Recently UPDATED furniture, decor, and flooring in 2020. Easy entry to the main entrance from the paved, reserved, parking spaces out front. This is a second home that is nicely furnished and well maintained. You will have it all to yourself during your stay. The lake area is a beautiful and has something to offer for everyone either in the resort or nearby. You are sure to enjoy the location and accommodations during your stay.


The home is completely furnished with a full kitchen and Wi-Fi internet. Each bedroom has two queen beds, cable TV, and a full bath. Full decks on each level for viewing the sights of nature and the lake, or just relaxing. Half of the upper deck is covered and screened in the event of inclement weather. The home is conveniently located near the lake, pool, and golf course.
You and your family/guests are sure to enjoy your visit and will want to return. To reserve desired dates plan ahead and reserve you vacation or gathering early.

Family reunion at lake Ozarks

The house had the perfect amount of space with beds and bathrooms for 4 finicky teenagers and 4 adults. It was conveniently located within 5-15 min from all other family members so we could gather at the local places.

Lovely Family Vacation

This property was everything we needed for our family of 9, 3 generations ranging in age from 1 to 67. We travel to Margaritaville every summer and take full advantage of everything the area has to offer. This home has a "cabin in the woods" feel, but we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Our group had a fantastic stay at the house! The property was exactly as listed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfy. Having access to the community pool made the trip, and the screened in porch was great for hanging outside.

Quiet Lake View

We loved our stay at Tab’s home in Tan Tar A resort. It was a quiet and relaxing week in Osage Beach in a home that would easily accommodate a large family or three couples. Three decks and surrounded by trees we found it a lovely stay and can’t wait to return.

Great Location

This is my 4th time staying within the Tan Tar A Estates at Margarataville, and first time at this house. We love the location, and the house suited our needs. Could use some updates, but overall worked for our family vacation with 2 pre-teens and 2 teenagers.
