Room was clean and exactly as described. Great location on the beach. Balcony faces south which allows a beach view when outside. You can also see the ships in port if that interests you . Check in was a breeze, no issues.

Absolute great place to stay!!!! Right on the beach close to everything we needed for our softball tournament. Within 30 min of space coast stadium. It was quiet, clean and no fighting for parking or the elevators ! It was a great place to stay!

This condo was perfect for us. The beach is steps away, cozy beds, cold a/c, huge patio, and great owners! The building itself was a little older but the condo was updated and perfect for us. Hot tub and pool area were clean. Area was gated and locked so I felt perfectly safe. Chairs and beach equipment were in the condo which makes packing so much easier! We watched several cruise ships depart and could see the space launch area!

We booked this unit on the beach for a family reunion. It was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the extra fan in the bedroom, the beach towels and new umbrella. This corner unit is bright and has an extra large balcony. The bed, pillows and linens were clean and comfy. All around great stay and our hostess Melanie was informative and responsive with my questions. I would recommend this place for a couple, or small family. The location is good as you are so close to the beach.

We had such a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The host was very welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We loved the complementary beach supplies and the list of recommended restaurants they provided.The place itself was lovely and made for such a relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed our time there and would absolutely stay again. We were steps from the beach where it was quiet and not over crowded. At the end of the night we cooked a delicious dinner and ate out on the balcony where we heard nothing but the ocean and a very talented ukulele player sing and play off his balcony. The only small suggestion would be updating the pullout couch mattress but that didn’t take away from our experience though.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful place to others. Thank you again for having us. We will definitely be back!

It was a wonderful, quiet condo in a great location right on the beach. The owners had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. They were very responsive, and I definitely would rent from them again.

Beach access was right on the property. Suoer easy to get to the shoreline. The pool was closed due to maintenance but the property owners informed us of that before we booked. Very easy check in and out. Property owners sent text messages to mae sure everything went as planned.

Rest and Relaxation at the beach

This is a nice condo location in a very quiet neighborhood. Nice view. We enjoyed the pool and beach. Would stay here again!

Great ocean getaway

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this Cape Winds unit. Great views from the balcony (we could see the ocean on one side, and see the cruise ships on the other side. Great location, close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Short getaway

Me and my wife booked this condo for a three day getaway from Ohio! We have stayed at Cape winds multiple times, but this condo has been amazing! We loved everything about it! We will be booking again!
