The beach is right down the building. Tramway station Fabron is at 100m away and the tram will drop you off in Nice city center in less than 10 minutes and at the airport in 10 minutes. Absolutely Perfect!

This gorgeous home was just what we needed to rest up after a busy time in Paris! Jade was awesome, had fantastic recommendations, and I felt that if I lived in Nice we would become fast friends! The apartment is gorgeous! I will book again the next time I’m in Nice!
