Very nicely renovated villa 10 minutes walk from the beach and shops.
This house has been renovated to offer you a peaceful family vacation.
Outside a beautiful swimming pool with artificial grass as well as a terrace and a barbecue.
On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room, then an independent equipped kitchen.
A bathroom with WC and shower adjoins a double bedroom with exterior view.
Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms with bathroom and wc.
The villa has free and unlimited internet.
This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, neighboring villages, etc.).
For the duration of your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in case of any problem.

Wir waren mit der Villa sehr zufrieden. Sie bietet alles, was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders der Pool war sehr angenehm, um sich zwischendurch abzukühlen.Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich eine Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk empfehlen, da es dort abends teilweise sehr warm war. Die Klimageräte im unteren Stockwerk haben wir hingegen nicht so häufig genutzt, da es dort bereits angenehm kühl war. Eine Klimaanlage oben wäre daher aus unserer Sicht deutlich sinnvoller.Außerdem wären Moskitonetze an den Terrassentüren sehr praktisch, damit man abends besser lüften kann, ohne dass Mücken ins Haus kommen.Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit gerne wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus.Als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich von Theresa empfangen.Sie hat uns alles genau zum Haus und der umliegenden Gegend erzählt.Es war sehr sauber, die Betten waren bezogen und Handtücher lagen bereit.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden.Der Pool war natürlich herrlich und einfach Gold wert.Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus das perfekt mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet ist , das einzigste was fehlt ist eine Spülmaschiene Der Pool ist sehr schön und die perfekte Abkühlung an heißen Tagen.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cette villa parfaitement équipée et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’accueil a été très chaleureux, et tout est prévu pour un confort absolu. Semana en familia con mascota

Semana super agradable en familia. La casa está muy bien acondicionada con ventiladores y aire acondicionado para el verano. La casa es bonita, acogedora, limpia y muy tranquila. La piscina exterior nos dio vida (ha sido una semana muy calurosa). El mar y un super estan muy cerca, se puede ir caminando. La recomiendo sin duda. No descartamos repetir el próximo año

Toller und komplikationsfreier Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus ist für eine größere Personenanzahl ideal. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in L‘Escala. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet und modern! Die Sanitäranlagen sind neu und sauber und die Anzahl der Bäder und Toiletten war für unsere Gruppe einfach perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine Menge Spaß vor allem im Pool! Wir danken dem Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war, von Herzen für seine Gastfreundschaft!

Jolie maison à L'Escala

Jolie maison qui a très bien été rénovée, bien équipée. Le centre de L'Escala et la plage sont facilement accessibles à pied. Seuls points négatifs : pas de place de parking réservée pour garer la voiture et la rue à proximité qui est parfois bruyante quand on est à l'extérieur.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à l’Escala. La maison est bien aménagée et décorée avec goût. Les lits sont très confortables. La piscine et les climatisations dans le séjour et la chambre du rez-de-chaussée sont un vrai plus. La communication avec William est parfaite. Il est très réactif. Nous vous recommandons de séjourner dans cette charmante villa.

7 jours magnifiques et reposants Notre chien a été accepté partout Linges de chambre et de lit impeccables Piscine agréable Un plus la climatisation au rez-de-chaussée ( une chambre et le séjour ) TV avec des chaînes françaises et internet Couchage et salle de bain pour 8 personnes oui mais le séjour un peu limité Un petit bémol pas de lave vaisselle
