This is the ONLY house in Las Terrenas where your backyard is sand and ocean. Wake up and go to sleep to the sound of rolling waves breaking almost inside your backyard. It the most central house in town, you do not need a car, everything charming and necessary is just a (very) short walk. Oh, you even have a private ocean front plunge pool on the second floor - 100% paradise. 100% good vibes.

Amazing to walk right out of the backyard onto the beach. Host was very easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions for everything.

This home has direct access to the main Las Terrenas beach which is incredible. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Unfortunately a new restaurant and nightclub recently opened right next door that plays EXTREMELY loud dance music until 3 am. The host was very understanding about the situation and did provide us with a refund and we were able to move to a different location. It is my understanding that the nightclub is very new. Overall, if you want to party all night and sleep all day this might be the place for you. Unfortunately it doesn't really work for a family beach vacation.

Great place

We love this house on the beach. It's the only place directly on the beach in the town. One door opens onto the main street, the other onto the beach. You can go to dinner barefoot to a dozen or so restaurants with tables on the sand. This was our second stay here, and we hope to come back.

Las Terrenas has everything

The location of this rental gives you access to so many different activities without the cost of getting in the car, parking, where to go, etc.The house is beautiful. The private courtyard is beautiful, The beach is beautiful. Other beaches are nearby and easy to get to. The only drawback is some noise at night since youre downtown. You can hear club music in the distance.

Las Terrenas

We spent a week at Villa Central in Las Terrenas. The property is wonderful. The beach access is just amazing. Carlos is quick to respond to any questions or requests. His friend Julio was awesome as well. There was actually a fire down the road and Julio was right there to check on us and keep the property safe. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for something different from the standard hotels and resorts.

Great place it has everything you need and the location is the best, right on the beach

He had a great time and las terrenas is unique, beautiful beaches and surroundings, no street signals, no traffic lights anywhere, and the self discipline works best. Nice friendly people, very European and honest people. We felt so safe.

The first attraction to Pueblo de los Pescadores is its location on the beach, visitors can eat, drink, dance or just talk while
