Right on the beach! This one bedroom condo is located less than a block from the beach. It comes with a parking permit (necessary on busy days). It was clean. There are beach towels, chairs, and a wonderful beach umbrella. On the first floor, there is a patio with chairs outside. Comfy bed and a quiet location. I really enjoyed my stay.

Thank you so much for this detailed review! We're so glad you enjoyed being less than a block from the beach, and that the included parking permit made busy days easier to navigate. It's great to hear the condo was clean, the bed comfortable, and that the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were ready to go for an easy beach day. The first-floor patio is one of our favorite features too, giving guests a quiet spot to relax right outside the door. This one-bedroom condo offers some of the best access to Upham Beach around, and we'd love to host you again for another peaceful, convenient stay!

Location was excellent, one block from Upham Beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Overall a good experience. Booked this rental last minute when my travel plans changed. Communication with host was prompt. Bathroom could have been updated/ cleaner but unit was comfortable and well appointed with needed items.
