Beautiful house, great pool

The house is very well equipped- we had everything we needed. It feels very spacious and has a lovely big garden and indoor/outdoor swimming pool in good condition. Communication with the owners was easy (despite a bit of a language barrier), and gave a personal touch. I would definitely recommend.

Le Pré Coquart

Gîte spacieux, propre et super bien équipé,on se sent comme à la maison. Fanélie et François sont très réactifs, accueillants et arrangeants pour les horaires. La piscine est vraiment un plus même par mauvais temps.

Endroit très calme. Idéale pour les petits (piscine et beaucoup de jeux et jouets )

Beaucoup de visite et attractions au alentours. Les commerces , restaurants sont très proches. Nous avons visité l'île de Noirnoutier, les plages, balade en yole et calèche et 2 parcs d'attractions, le dinoparc et la planète sauvage

Malgré un temps pluvieux tout le weekend nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison très bien équipée ! Nous avons eu un petit soucis de tuyauterie mais Fanélie et son mari son intervenus rapidement et on tout mis en œuvre pour régler le problème ! Le plus de cette maison est la piscine attenante et couverte ce qui permet d'en profiter même par temps pluvieux sans avoir à sortir. Nous parlons déjà avec mes amis de louer la maison à nouveau l'année prochaine !

Maison idéale pour passer des vacances, au calme, grand terrain extérieur bien organisé avec coin barbecue, coin piscine, coin ping-pong,... Nous n'y étions que pour un week-end pour un événement familial à proximité, nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement de tout le potentiel du gîte.

Super séjour dans cette grande maison

Le séjour a été parfait dans cette grande maison parfaitement équipée. Avec un groupe d'une dizaine d'amis, nous avons pu profiter en toute décontraction d'un week-end dans cette maison en Vendée, à 5min en voiture de la côte. La maison est très bien équipée car nous avons pu profiter d'une piscine abritée, d'un grand barbecue avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, des grandes tables extérieur/intérieur pour une dizaine de personnes, une table de ping-pong, un molky, un palet vendéen, des boules de pétanques, d'un terrain de tennis à 5min à pied, etc... Les chambres étaient très agréables, grandes, équipées, meublées, lumineuses, propres. Le salon également. Enfin l'accueil à été parfaite par la famille de Fanélie pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la maison, mais aussi pour nous rassurer lorsqu'on a eu un problème d'électricité avec la piscine et rétablir cela par la suite. Notre groupe d'amis vous recommandons cette grande maison pour vos week-ends ou vos vacances !
