Great vacation

Thank you, Andrew, for sharing your home. We have enjoyed our stay. The view from the porch was worth evey step. Everything we needed was within 5 minutes drive.

Great location!

We had a great time! The property was right on the ocean and with in walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk. The condo was clean, if a tad out dated but we didn't need super fancy to have a great time!

Ocean Front

The unit was overall clean, but really run down. The view was exceptional and the large TV with DirecTV was a nice touch but overall comfort was lacking. We have flipped several properties and details matter.

great view and beach

The pros, and the most important thing. The view on the balcony and proximity to the beach is more amazing than can be put into word. Relaxing, able to see the fireworks, I already miss the sounds of the beach! Cons: stairs, although a good workout for sure! Not very clean, outdated, needs some work done, examples: back screen off its track, freezer/ice maker not working but there is an additional small freezer provided, no cutting boards, older couches, master bed old foam overlay/rather uncomfortable sinking bed). Overall, I booked this place at a great value regarding beach proximity and expected some outdated amenities, thus I was more than happy to rent this space for me and family.
