OUTDOOR LIVING: Large courtyard with mature shade trees, gas grill, an outdoor dining table, lounge seating area with a fire table, and two complimentary cruiser bikes!

Perfect location and amenities

Super cute property located in excellent location. We had everything we needed in the house, coffee machine, kitchen supplies, etc. I spent a lot of time in the adorable fenced in yard. The house was clran and we enjoyed the bikes Great communication with owner. We will be back!

This was a great place to stay with two of our adult children while moving one of them into the dorm at CSU. Plenty of charm and original details. There was a ton of traffic and the bathrooms were tight, but it was very nice to have two full bathrooms. They weren’t the cleanest, but not terrible. The downstairs king bed had a huge depression in it at about my knee level which was very odd. But the kitchen was well stocked and we had all we needed for our stay!

Great house for family visit

We walked to dinner both nights we stayed here. It’s a convenient location. House was clean and well cared for. We had 5 in our party and it was plenty of room. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Great house. House was clean and reflected pictures! Good location although a bit loud due to proximity to street. Host provided ear plugs and were very accommodating. Would recommend.

Nice Stay

We had a nice stay in the cottage. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is in a good location but on a busy street. However, after about 10pm the noise was minimal and did not affect our sleeping. We had 6 people and had to plan out the showers because hot water was limited. Overall good place to stay for the price and convenience.

Cute, clean house

Adorable old house with everything you need. For 5 of us it was nice to have 3 bedrooms and enough space to comfortably move around. The only downfall is the location; it's located on a very busy, noisy road. The installation of double pane windows would definitely help block the noise.

Just what we needed

We were visiting a friend in Fort Collins for a couple days on our way home from Rocky Mountain National Park. Mulberry Place was the perfect size for our family and was equipped with everything we needed. Can a bed be too fluffy? My son said it was like falling asleep in a cloud. The only negative was the street noise, but it was a convenient location - close to everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you for a great stay!

Great house!

My family and I stayed here for our daughter’s CSU graduation. You wouldn’t think much of it from the outside, but inside It’s an adorable house that is beautifully decorated. It’s also in a very convenient location to the campus and Old Town. The linens were high quality and we really enjoyed the complimentary bikes. Parking was plentiful. Stacy was quick to respond. It is on a busier road but we didn’t find it bothersome. I would stay here again if ever back in the FOCO area.

My daughter is a student at CSU so we always rent a home instead of a hotel when we come to visit. My family really enjoyed this home. It is close to campus and Old Town. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We brought our dog and loved that the yard was fenced. This really made letting her out much easier. My daughter always stays with us in our rentals when we come to visit and she said this was her favorite. The communication with Stacy was so easy and she responded very quickly. We will book again for our next visit.

Adorable and Perfect Location

This was the best place we've stayed in FOCO by far. Everything you could possibly need plus more that just surprises you. The location was perfect for Old Town and watching our daughter perform on campus. Stacy was beyond easy to reach, sweet and so accommodating. Thank you so much for this memorable weekend!

Quaint and comfortable

We enjoyed staying at this quaint historical home, very roomy. The only thing that was distracting was the heavy traffic from the street next to the house. There were sufficient amenities and we were close to historic downtown.

Mulberry house

The property was in a bit of an industrial area however you could walk to DT which was nice. The carpet had a bit of a musty smell however everything else was clean. The bed upstairs was quite squeaky. The owner was easy to get to and communicated well. Parking was very easy. I would stay there again. The kitchen was great and well equipped. All in all this was a nice place.

Adorable Cottage

Mulberry Cottage was the perfect place to stay for a college visit to Fort Collins. The location is close to downtown & campus. The house was very clean with lots of amenities- gas grill, washer/dryer, foosball, bikes, board games, fire pit, etc… The manager was very courteous touching base multiple times that all was well. Super helpful information book about the house and area was greatly appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for your next trip to Fort Collins.
