Just okay this time
This was our 2nd stay at this property and this time was a tad disappointing. The air hockey table does not work properly and I checked with the property manager before I booked it that it was in working order. The 2 pullout beds were missing blankets so we had to call the emergency maintenance guy to get him to call housekeeping. They did bring us the blankets but we waited up for them to arrive after a long 9 hour drive. Bring towels! They say they supply enough for each person and that is exactly what it is! No extras and they are like sand paper! Not a total disappointment but probably won’t choose this cabin again.

Not impressed
It starts with the bedding, there was one throw blanket and one quilt on the master bed, no other blankets in the house. I emailed and was told They would bring some. They never did, we bought our own. Not a 5 star cabin. When I responded to their email after my stay, they said they delivered the blankets to a little girl at the cabin, we had no girls, only two teenage boys. The master bed, not comfortable, the pull out couch was better than the bed! Next, the air hockey table didn't work. The main reason I chose this one was for the air hockey, I emailed and they said they would let the owners know. Not a 5 star cabin. The towels were terrible, not even close to a 5 star facility and there was not enough towels to use in the hot tub. They emailed me after my stay, they offered me a discount on another stay...no thank you. We paid for a 3 night stay for a 5 star cabin and that is no where close to what we got. I always book on Vrbo and 5 star is 5 star and I have never been disappointed until now.

What Amenities??,
We specifically picked this house because of the fireplace, hot tub, and game room. We couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace on the first night, so I emailed the property manager, a method of communication I had previously used with them. The next day I still hadn't received a reply, and in the meantime, had figured out that the hot tub was empty and the puck to the air hockey table was broken in half. I called the property management company to speak with a woman who very curt on the phone. They refunded some money for the hot tub not working. They were supposed to bring a puck to us that evening, but never did, so they still owe owe money for that. The owner apparently knew the hot tub wasn't functioning before we got there, but no one called to tell us it wouldn't be available. In addition to no amenities, there was very little bedding in the house and no extra blankets for the beds. The master bed had one sheet and one quilt on it. The pull out couch had sheets and one blanket we found in the bedroom dresser. That's it! Not one other blanket was to be found in the house! There were no pillows or blankets in the living room, so it wasn't very comfortable to sit in. Lastly, the house just wasn't very clean. The drains in the bathroom sinks had grime caked in them and the floors in the kitchen and game area had sticky stuff on them. The remote controls to the tvs were also gross. Attention to detail in this cabin is lacking in many areas.

Beautiful Stay
The cabin is warm and cozy. We enjoyed our time in the mountains especially to see the warm colors of fall on the leaves. I do though have a few comments: The number and quality of towels for an entire weeks stay was not appreciated. Especially considering the hot tub usage. I did not like having to wash towels multiple times while on vacation. The air hockey table does not work which was disappointing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need ( as far as utensils and cookware ) which was great. The bed was fairly comfortable yet the pillows were horrible. Thank goodness we brought our own. Overall we had a nice relaxing time.
