Condo is located in Kihei Kai Nani Vacation Resort complex with garden view complex is within walking distance from Maui's gently sloping Kamaole white sand beaches, shopping and restaurants. Units are completely furnished, with all the comforts of home, including a printer/scanner/copier for your wireless lap top. A large pool, shuffleboard, barbecues and other amenities are available on the property. Located just before Wailea, near golf and tennis with seven restaurants in walking distance. One has ocean view and the other has mountain/garden views.

fun on Maui

Perfect location. Great host - she texted me shortly before we arrived so we would have the check in information handy. She gave great ideas of what to do and where to eat. The unit was very well equipped and very private. I highly recommend staying here.

Why they chose this property

We own 3 properties in this complex. #253 which is a garden view unit and Unit #200 and #201 have Ocean Views. It is in the most amazing central location in Maui. You can walk to 14 restaurants, coffee shops, shops and of Couse the Kamaole II white sand beach is right across the street.

Very calm and family friendly and only 1/2 mile from the expensive Wailea area shops and golf courses.

What makes this property unique

You can snorkel at the reef at our beach and see some beautiful fish, and turtles. We also have a lifeguard at the beach on duty 8 am to 6 pm. Our complex has an Olympic size swimming pool as well.
