Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à communiquer en effet nous ne parlons pas italien, j en suis navré.
En ce qui concerne le descriptif de notre marina il est bien noté que c'est un appartement de 36 m2 et non une maison et qu'il n'y a pas de wifi....pour une meilleure connexion avec la nature!!!!
Pour ce qui est de la climatisation, nous l'avons fait controler par un professionnel et elle fonctionne normalement.
Pour le petits électroménager qui est simple d'utilisation et surtout courant dans nos foyers je suis surpris de votre mécontentement(notices à dispositions traduit en italien)
En espérant que vous avez apprécier au moins la région!!!

Logement parfait pour un couple
Le logement est parfait pour un couple, peut-être un peu juste avec des enfants. Mais on a l'habitude de grand volume ! Le secteur est calme, on a une vue superbe sur la Marina.Les commerces et la plage sont à environ 15 minutes à pied.Et les propriétaires sont très gentils.

Très agréable séjour printanier!
L'appartement est bien agencé et tout à fait conforme à la présentation sur le site. La communication avec Stéphane est très fluide, tout s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est confortable, la proximité avec l'eau est agréable, on s'y sent bien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous recommandons !

Joli séjour dans une Marina
Appartement très agréable, lumineux. Belle terrasse sans vis à vis. Grande douche appréciable. Jolie vue donnant l'impression d'être toujours au bord de l'eau, même en restant à l'intérieur. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires.
A savoir : place de stationnement et lit étroits.
