About this property

Crow Cabin - 20 Acres with Amazing Views

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Nestled on 20 acres with breathtaking mountain views, this cabin pays homage to the Crow Indians who once roamed and hunted throughout the entire Yellowstone River valley. Evidence of their presence, such as fire circles and teepee rings, can still be found just a few miles from the property.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Inside the cabin you'll find two cozy bedrooms and one bathroom as well as a loft with a queen-size sofa sleeper. The first bedroom boasts a queen size bed while the second has a full size bed. The bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the two rooms.

KITCHEN & DINING: The beautiful kitchen seamlessly connects to the living area creating an inviting space for the cook to whip up culinary delights while entertaining guests. The dining table comfortably seats four with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar.

LIVING SPACE: The main floor's open kitchen, dining, and living area was once home to a talented wildlife photographer and avid reader. The cabin still proudly showcases an impressive book collection and display.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Outside is a covered porch that provides a serene spot to escape the sun and entertain guests. There's also a patio off the back of the house with seating for two and a gas grill.

ACITIVITIES NEARBY: For those seeking nearby adventure, the Yellowstone River is just a short drive away offering an array of outdoor activities such as horseback riding, golfing, and skiing. The charming towns of Livingston, Gardiner, and Bozeman also provide ample opportunities for entertainment. The renowned Chico Hot Springs boasts a great restaurant, saloon, and mineral pool and is just a four mile drive from the cabin. Yellowstone National Park is also easily accessible, located just 40 miles away.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: The cabin is conveniently situated 55 miles from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport making it an ideal destination for any traveler.

Lovely setting in an older house
Paradise Valley is beyond gorgeous, and this home sits right in the middle of so many wonderful attractions - Chico Hot Springs (minutes away), Yellowstone river (minutes away), Yellowstone NP (30 minutes away), the lovely town of Livingstone (20 minutes away)...so we could not have asked for more in terms of the setting and location. The house itself is older and seems to have some deferred maintenance items. Also, items like bed pillows could use replacing. There is no air conditioning (my fault for not noticing), and it was quite hot a few nights during our stay. The one fan in the house was broken and that would have helped to circulate some air. That said, I do not think that air conditioning is normally needed in the area. I would highly recommended Angler's West, five minutes from the house, if you want to set up fly fishing trips on the Yellowstone. We also recommend Follow Yer Nose bbq nearby - OMG, delicious. The property manager was very responsive.

Paradise in Paradise Valley
The Crow Cabin is an amazing cozy cabin centrally located in Paradise Valley. It's mid-way between Livingston and Gardiner and right near Chico Hot Springs. What a great home base for our adventures. The location is stunning and it was thrilling to watch the clouds and storms roll by on the mountain tops. We had a fantastic winter getaway and we saw a ton of wildlife which always adds to our enjoyment. We will definitely be back!

Crow Cabin is a peaceful place tucked in Paradise Valley surrounded by big sky views.
We had an AMAZING time during our stay at Crow Cabin. It was clean and well stocked with linens and cookware. It was the perfect place to come back to after taking the kids out on adventures each day. It was peaceful and spacious, a favorite place was sitting on the porch swing in the morning with a cup of coffee listening to the birds and nearby cows while watching the sunrise over the mountains. It is close to hiking trails, grocery stores, horseback riding and white water rafting. Since the North entrance was closed from the flood damage, we were able to make the trip to Yellowstone through the West entrance in a 2.5 hour drive. So glad we found this cabin, hope to come back again someday!
