We are the fortunate Owners of this hidden gem! This 3+ Bedroom unit offers luxurious and spacious accommodations, the condo is fully equipped to make you feel like home.

The unit comes with a 6-person Golf Cart to move around Punta Mita (shown in the pictures).

PREMIER MEMBERSHIP Access to all the Beach clubs, YES to ALL, 5 Beach Clubs ( Pacifico, Kupuri, Sufi Ocean Club) with no costs and also to El Surf Club and Sea breeze where a Minimum consumption is required


Nested in the heart of the Punta Mita resort, this complete and spacious 3+ bedroom unit is everything you need for a more than pleasant family vacation at this Unique destination. Las Terrazas Golf building with only 6 units, is the premier building on the complex. Its location offers infinity golf views of the Pacifico Course 14th Fairway and much more, the two large community pools are connected by a swim chanel that for being the groundfloor unit feels like a plunge pool on those evenings waiting for the sunset.

Extended lawn and landscape surroundings make it feel like Villa or Town-home living.

Daily housekeeping service is INCLUDED in the published rates; Housekeeping staff is capable of cooking breakfast and home-style lunches in that case fee applies for the lovely staff, Claudia. Cooking and All other Additional services can be plan and booked in advanced, on Demand through our Concierge service.

Premier membership provides the same benefits to us and our guests as those staying in a multi-million dollar residence at the complex. CLUB PUNTA MITA allows access to ALL, 5 Beach Clubs ( Pacifico, Kupuri, Sufi Ocean Club, El Surf Club and Sea breeze, this last one operated by St Regis hotel) and observes a different Minimum consumption requirement ($80 USD FOR adults).

The membership also grants access to both Golf Courses, fitness and tennis center (Green fees or Usage fees additional costs9.

Our units are family owned and we manage them directly, we have rented properties and taken exceptional care of our guests since 2005.

Condo was fantastic, clean and relaxing for a great vacation. Cinthia was very helpful and responded immediately to our many questions. We especially like the new golf cart that allowed us to visit the many beach clubs and town. I especially liked the small and long lap pool that allowed some exercise after a day of roasting in the sun. Highly recommend but Punta Mita is somewhat expensive.

Great communication by host Cintia prior to arrival, with groceries and airport transport, very easy. House as as advertised, ground level so easy access to the pool. New golf cart an added bonus. Housekeeper and cook Claudia is great, made us delicious breakfast and 1 dinner, all top notch. Would recommend.

Beautiful residence right next to golf course and pool. Seamless check-in. Housekeeper also able to serve up delicious breakfast was an additional (among many) pluses.

Our stay was amazing! The home had everything we needed and more. Cecilia and Claudia made sure we always had any assistance we needed and kept the trip stress free. The golf cart was key to getting around. We also loved being on the ground floor near the pool canal.

Great trip to Punta Mita

This was our first time in Punta Mita, and this property greatly exceeded our expectations. It was a great size for our family of 4 (and would work for even more people), was very clean, well located, and well stocked. Claudia cooked us breakfast a couple times, and it was amazing! Even our picky kids loved everything she made. We will absolutely stay here again!

We have been coming to Punta Mita for several years and it never ceases to amaze us! This condo was a perfect set up for 3 adults and 3 kids. We had an amazing time at this property. It is exactly as pictured. The owner was great to work with, very responsive. Claudia was amazing, she came in daily and cooked breakfast and cleaned. We loved our time in Punta Mita and would highly recommend.

We loved the property! Had a couple minor issues with golf cart and power outage but both were solved. Claudia was incredible! Breakfast was fabulous and she went above and beyond. We will be back!

Awesome condo and stay

Great location and property. Condo was clean and was great to be that close to the swim lane pool. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Host was great to work with, housekeeping / cook Claudia was amazing. We did dinner one night that she cooked and was so good. Having the golf cart was key. Just know that the hot water takes some time to get going.

Just Wonderful!!

Our family was so thrilled with our experience here! The setting was beautiful as well as the living space and amenities. Also, Sonia (manager) and Claudia (house staff) were so gracious and kind to meet all of our family's needs. And, whenever any issues arose, they quickly were on it. We will be back!

Punta Mita Beautiful

We had an amazing vacation at Punta Mita. This property is beautiful and it is on the first floor and can walk out to pool. It has beautiful views of the golf course. We had Claudia make breakfast each morning and it was so delicious! The concierge, Cinthia was super helpful with setting up transportation to and from airport and other arrangements. The golf cart was great for going to all the different beach clubs and restaurants in town. All the restaurants we went to had amazing foods and you can easily get reservations. The beach clubs each had their own uniqueness and they all had fantastic service, food and drinks. The downtown area was fun and easy to get to. The people were all so friendly and pleasant. We will definitely be coming back here!

Beautiful Punta Mita Condo

The property was just as advertised! Beautiful furnishings, patio and kitchen. Nice golf course views too! The housekeeper, Claudia was wonderful. She made us breakfast 4 of the 5 mornings we were there. She is very pleasant to have around😊 Having the golf cart to get around, was a plus. When we were there, the front entrance was closed but we were very near the back exit and we were able to figure out how to get back and forth. The only negative about the condo is how long it takes to get hot water. You have to run the water a long time before it’s hot which seems wasteful. The Wi-Fi works very well in the outdoor and living areas. All in all we would go back 😊

Fantastic unit and value inside the gates

Beautiful unit, well equipped, roomy and with comfy beds. There were a few hiccups with our experience however. The check-in process wasn’t all that smooth. The description of the address was confusing as we were unaware that there are 3 buildings on the property all with different names so our driver dropped us in front of unit 12 only for us to discover after he left this was the wrong unit 12. There’s 3 unit 12’s on the property. So we had to roll and carry all our luggage to the furthest building in stifling heat. The concierge that greeted us wasn’t overly friendly at first, but eventually warmed to us. The only other grip is that the WiFi is very weak, and didn’t work in any of the bedrooms.. The only suggestion we would make (other than upgrading the WiFi) is with regards to the bedding (a plain throw blanket), as it could use an upgrade to a proper duvet. On the plus side, Claudia our housekeeper was amazing, super friendly, always smiling and engaging in conversation, and made our stay very pleasurable. Overall we had a fantastic time and stay at G-12 (Golf 12 as in the building’s name) and would definitely stay here again.
