Spring Break 2023

Two families of 4 travelled to this home in early April 2023. The house was perfect for that size group. Kids ages/genders matched, so bunk room for pre-teens and the double bedroom with its own bath for the teens. The pictures show it, but worth noting the 9th and 10th twin beds are in the 2nd floor master. Overall a very nice place. Furniture is in good shape and the front porch is nice for a cup of coffee in the morning.

Our new favorite

Arrival was very inviting and the house was extremely clean. We loved the downstairs master bedroom. We had a minor problem with the grill, which was addressed early the next morning. We would gladly stay here again.

Watercolor stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Air conditioning issues downstairs with 2 hot nights and 5-6 calls to the management company in order to get someone out to fix it. Also, mattresses in master and bunk room were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, house as advertised.
