TRURO HOUSE, PRIVATE, QUIET, NEAR BEACHES

This is a very private and quiet location, surrounded by woods. A beautiful garden surrounds the house, where you can sit and enjoy the sound and sight of birds. Cell phone reception is very good and reliable inside and outside of this house. It is a five-minute drive to the nearest beach, which has a very large parking lot. The drive to Provincetown is 15 minutes. The drive to Wellfleet is 10 minutes. Truro has a bank, a 7 minute drive. And a golf course, a 10 minute drive.

The house is all on one floor, except for the washer/dryer area. There is a spacious living room/dining area, kitchenette, a small deck, plus other outdoor seating areas. THIS HOUSE IS A SLEEPS-3 ACCOMMODATION, with 2 SINGLE BEDS IN ONE BEDROOM AND 1 SINGLE BED IN THE SECOND BEDROOM. This house can be a sleeps-5 accommodation, with a third bedroom containing 2 more beds, if that special arrangement is made with the landlord. Guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Pets are NOT allowed.
