Adorable, open one-level living floorplan 3BR, 2 BA newly renovated home with water views, ready for your beach vacation. Family-friendly and welcoming Savannah's Landing neighborhood - a straight fun bike ride1.5miles-ish to the boardwalk. You can also take the trolley or short drive to the beach. Restaurants, ice cream, mini golf across the street, and new access to the Assawoman canal for kayaking or fitness. New BBQ on your private deck for sunset dinners and additional screened in porch with ceiling fan.

Everything you need for a great vacation is already there for you. Save money and hassle, just show up!

Stylish Modern Beach House

We had a lovely stay at this stylish beach house. My teen walked in and said “this is really nice” and she is usually hard to please! Lovely modern, clean style with all the amenities you need. We used the bikes that came with the house to bike to everything. There’s also a trailhead nearby so we went for a bike ride along the canal. We’d definitely rent again.

Great stay at Savannah's Landing

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house and grounds were clean and updated. The owner was very responsive when we reached out with questions. The pool is a short walk and it is next to the tennis courts/pickleball courts. We enjoyed both. The drive to the beach was less than 5 minutes and parking was surprisingly not an issue. We are from NJ where there is always lots of traffic/cars especially at the beach but this was no problem. The garage had bikes/boogie boards and other items that were were allowed to use during our stay which was fantastic. The only down side was it was tough to eat outside. The flies showed up as soon as any food did. I'm guessing this is due to the proximity of the water. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

After many years of visiting and falling in love with Bethany Beach and all it has to offer (and more all the time!), our family purchased this home in 2020 to enjoy with each other and with you.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love the Savannah's Landing neighborhood and the family friendly and welcoming atmosphere it has to offer. In particular, the "straight shot" flat and safe bike ride to the boardwalk means that we hardly ever drive our car once we arrive, even biking to the grocery store down the road.

The open, one floor living floorplan makes it so easy to be together while having space to spread out, and without worrying about stairs for toddlers or older hips and joints.

Our favorite spot in the house is a tie for both the front and back deck for coffee in the morning and wine at sunset. Our favorite local secret is the Bethany Surf Shop location at the kayak launch behind the also-new Shipwrecked mini golf right across the street from the neighborhood. They will put your kayak or standup paddleboard rental right in the water for you and get you on your way!

Last but not least, the neighbors in Savannah's Landing, both the year-around residents and seasonal visitors are so welcoming and look out for each other. We love knowing that they will welcome you just like they do us.
