We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described—spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and communication with the host was top-notch from start to finish. We stay in the Panhandle every year, sometimes twice a year, and this was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was as described and pictures were accurate, very very nice! I have been to a lot of condos and this was the fastest and easiest check in. I really liked how you had to checkout your cart for loading all your things to carry to your room. This was very fast. The security guards were on check! You felt very safe. The location was close to restaurants and stores, some were within walking distance. The host was great and quick about answering all my questions and concerns. It was nice not to have to bring your own chairs to the beach!! I do think some of the chairs need to be replaced though. It was hard to carry some because some of the straps on the chairs were broke and some were beginning to rust and was hard to close. But I don’t mean to complain at all. We enjoyed everything and appreciate the host for doing a wonderful job!!I would most definitely be back and would love to stay at this condo again!! Sincerely, H Family

We absolutely love The Majestic, have been staying here for over 10 years. This unit was by far the best one yet for our family vacation. Vanessa was so accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend this owner/management. Unit was clean, so relaxing, very well stocked (in comparison to others I have been in) and nicely decorated. Master bed was very comfortable and had extra pillows and blankets/sheets in the closet. There was beach chairs, beach towels and things in the unit if you needed those. Also, a fan in the closet. Noticed that there was supplies in the pantry left from other visitors, which is always nice when that happens. Could use a few baking sheets but we made do. Just overall was nice with all of the extra touches, the decor and being able to relax and not worry. This is now on our list of ones to re-visit if available each year.

We should have stayed in Tower 1, where everything is located. We had to exit tower 2 to the street to get to the snack place (H2O) and the little store that are located in Tower 1. The unit was ok but needs a deep clean- ceiling fans, baseboards, furniture in living room and curtains. Curtains were very dusty. Kitchen was nice and had lots of cooking utensils and mixing bowls but there was no cookie sheet, so we baked a pizza in a wok type skillet! There were no scissors so we used a knife to open everything. The front two bedrooms are noisy because the unit is directly across from the elevator, the trash shoot and the busy street. The unit is kid-friendly but I wouldn’t want more than two children in the unit. We had three adults and a three year old. It felt cramped to us. The view from the deck was perfect. Overall, I’m very happy my family had a week where we could enjoy being together at the beach. We loved the beach! The water was incredible. No seaweed and very few jelly fish plus the weather couldn’t have been better.

For future guests, we’d like to clarify that there is a beach-side walkway connecting Tower 2 to Tower 1, so there is no need to exit to the street to access H2O or the store. Tower 2 also has its own indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, and many guests appreciate its convenient proximity to the parking garage. We were concerned to hear about the cleanliness issues you mentioned. Cleanliness is very important to us, and our condo has consistently received excellent cleanliness ratings from past guests. We will be following up with our cleaning team and reviewing the items you noted. We’re also looking into the kitchen items you mentioned. The condo is typically stocked with cookie sheets and scissors, so we’ll verify that everything is available and replace anything that may be missing. While the condo is located near the elevator and trash closet, we do not typically receive noise complaints. We also understand that perceptions of space and noise can vary from guest to guest. The condo is a three-bedroom unit that accommodates up to nine guests and has worked well for many families. Thank you again for your feedback. We’re glad your family was able to enjoy a wonderful week together at the beach.

Amazing Stay!
