Make your family memories here and enjoy the private setting on the Outdoor patio & barbecue or relax on the back enclosed porch. Play a game of Corn Hole Bean Bag Toss in the large private yard or relax by the fire pit and un-wind over drinks.

This property is located across from Congdons Donuts and Breakfast and nearby to the Famous Wells Steak House and Mikes Clam Shack and Sports Bar this area's most popular restaurants and entertainment & Recreational attractions.

The House features 2 Queen size 2nd floor bedrooms, one with a rear deck overlooking the Wells Harbor Shore and One first-floor King size bedroom. Each BR is furnished with its own TV. There is also a Bonus 3rd-floor private suite offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean Wells Harbor and sleeping accommodations for 4. The living room is comfortably furnished with seating around the LED fireplace and a large flat screen TV to enjoy streaming movies. The dining room is a great place to gather for relaxing or a group meal.
