Spacious house with water views for beach and kayak adventures

Enjoy your morning coffee by the big windows for lots of natural light with views of Atlantic Ocean, Ninigret Pond, Green Hill Pond, and Block Island; or take it outside on one of the 4 decks to enjoy the house's gorgeous gardens. Stunning Ninigret Pond is just steps away and offers kayaking, paddleboarding, birding, clamming, crabbing, and discovery of many gorgeous and secluded beaches (ask us for our favorites!). Charlestown Town Beach, one of the best ocean beaches around, is just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Nearby hiking at Trustom Pond and Burlingame State Park. Great for kids, great for everyone. Previous guests have described the house as "like therapy!"

We have 2 kayaks for you to enjoy. Short walk to kakak and paddleboard rental shop for more. Bike rentals in the area are also available (and will deliver bikes right to you).

Separate guest cottage on the property that can accommodate 2 additional people with bathroom, inquire about availability and additional fee if interested.

Great house and location!

This property was clean and had a great view of the ocean. We were traveling with 2 little ones and property was perfect for our beach vacation. The property manager and host were both very friendly and easily reachable. Great stay and house overall!

Seth’s property is so beautiful! Easy walk to the beach and beautiful views of the pond and ocean. Very responsive to any questions we had as well. We had a great time as a family and hope to return again!

Amazing Property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners were very responsive and made it feel homey. Mornings were spent sipping tea on the deck and watching the sun rise on the water. It was quiet but close to several small towns that offered restaurants. From this spot we drove a little and explored Connecticut and the Mansions of Newport. We hated to leave but would definitely love to stay again!

We enjoyed our week in Charlestown RI. The location of this property is perfect.The bedrooms are on 1st floor. Upstairs on 2nd fl is the kitchen and 2 living rooms, temp control is one zone. This makes first floor bedrooms quite cold at night. The fixtures on all sinks are hard to turn, it is probably related to brackish water. Water is potable but salty, best to use bottled water. Seth is very responsive, as is property caretaker, Scott.

Great spot

House was open and airy, and a great place to relax. A short 10 min walk to the beach was easy enough to do twice a day for a few hours in the AM and a few in the PM. Lots of good dining options within a half hour. The available kayaks were a great option for exploring. We had three teenagers and two adults and were able to spread out.

Excellent Location

Hard to beat a three minute walk to the pond to kayak and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Seth was excellent with communication and everything was as described. The rooms were clean and well kept and there were lots of games and toys and puzzles for the kiddos!
