Cox Cable TV & Fast Wifi. Large Heated Pool and a Hot Tub.
Small fitness room has seen better days. On premises nice, large Laundry Facility with new machines that accept payment via smartphone app. Unit is equipped with a rolling laundry hamper :)

Located across the street from The NEW PV Mall, Whole Foods, Costco, Target, Sprouts, Walmart, Starbucks, & lots & lots of restaurants & tons of shopping options. Winter Getaway

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. After a few initial glitches, which Paul, the property owner, took care of quickly, we settled in nicely. The property is so close to many restaurants, stores, and easily accessible to freeways to so many places. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go quickly and without any hassles. The bed is amazing to sleep in. The condo is furnished with basic necessities plus some extras. Paul was so easy to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay. Our pets loved it as well!!!
