Fully stocked and functional kitchen for those wanting to cook in. Outdoor patio area to enjoy the cool Arizona Winters. Washer/Dryer in unit and parking available.
Location is amazing on this unit. There is many options for dining and nightlife right in the area. Close to downtown and melrose district. Plenty of art and cultural activities nearby .
Guests have entire unit to themselves. There is no shared spaces.
No smoking in home at any time. $500 fine applies.
Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. $100 fee applies for all approved pets.
