Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.Florence nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée et nous avons pu communiquer dans la semaine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison a un emplacement idéal, À quelques pas du lac. Pas de voiture à prendre. Balade matinale, baignade, paddle…un pur bonheur. Pas de soucis de parking il y a un grand jardin clôturé qui nous permettait de garer la voiture et qui plus est bien ombragé ! Côté intérieur tout était ok. Logement propre et tout le nécessaire pour le séjour. Une vrai maison familiale. Le quartier est très calme. Nous pouvions promener notre chien en toute tranquillité et les enfants ont pu faire du vélo en sécurité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci Florence.

lac lacanau

gite bien placé mais pour se ravitailler minimum 12km. gite à rénover, limite de propreté,peu de soleil arrivant dans le gite car végétation non entretenue.En temps que loueur j'ai été obligé de nettoyer la terrasse et la table et chaises pour pouvoir s'assoir!... Inadmissible

Bonjour Raymond, je suis désolée de lire votre insatisfaction Effectivement, la commune de Lacanau étant très étendue. Hors saison la maison est située dans un quartier éloigné des hypermarchés et l'animation de lacanau océan, d'habitude c'est cette quiétude qui est recherchée. Je veillerais à modifier l'annonce afin d'en informer les futurs vacanciers. Concernant l'entretien et la propreté, sachez qu'avant votre arrivée une personne était venue nettoyer la maison et tondre le jardin. N'ayant pas eut d'appel de votre part pendant votre séjour, j'en ai déduit qu'il n'y avait pas de problème. Quand à l'ombre des arbres autour, c'est évidement fait exprès afin que la maison reste fraîche même lors d'épisodes caniculaires. Il est dommage d'attendre la fin du séjour et l'appréciation pour m'en faire part, n'habitant pas sur place, j'aurai pu transmettre votre demande et faire en sorte de satisfaire vos besoins.
