This completely updated duplex is bright and warm and centered in Tacoma’s newest, most up and coming 6th Avenue neighborhood. The 1915 historic home is located between Proctor/UPS, West Slope, and Downtown, and has the highest concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping in the city. The home is within walking distance of most destinations or an easy bus ride on the #1 route. UW Tacoma, Tacoma Dome, JBLM, and all hospitals are also in close proximity, Mt Rainier<2 hours away.

The property is AMAZINGLY clean and it was the perfect location for dropping my kid of at University of Puget Sound. The neighborhood was quiet, the parking plentiful. The house had great space, a good kitchen, and a lovely outside deck. I can not wait to reserve here again!

Nice property but the backyard should be cleaned up and usable.

It was easy and a great place to stay. The hot water was not working and it was just a phone call away but everything should but checked prior to check in.
