Balcony, enclosed grounds. Village house in the heart of the village with narrow streets and grouped housing. Gîte spread over 3 levels in an old house located in the heart of a typical Tarentaise village. Beautiful open view of the mountains and the valley. Spacious gîte, very well equipped. Mountain atmosphere. Pleasant living room with fireplace. Small enclosed garden with garden furniture. 400 m away, wellness area with relaxation center. Ski St Martin liaison 3 Vallées 0.5 km, Les Menuires 8 km, Val Thorens 17 km. In the heart of the village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, 130 m from a ski lift, 500 m from the cable car connecting the Ménuires / Les 3 Vallées area. 14 km away, Val Thorens, the highest resort in Europe at 2300 m above sea level. Ideally located for exploring the entire massif by mountain bike (label "espace VTT / FFC"). Numerous sports and wellness activities, leisure activities and varied entertainment, summer and winter, spread across the resorts. Small secondary and wilder valleys, between Tarentaise and Maurienne for hiking. Alles super!

Ich war mit meiner Familie (insgesamt 5 Personen) in St. Martin. Für uns war genug Platz und alles sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Man kann von der Unterkunft die Treppen hoch zur Gondel gehen (ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg) und oben bei der Gondel im Ski-Depot seine Ski und Schuhe abholen. Mit der Gondel St. Martin 1 geht es dann nach oben und man kann im gesamten Skigebiet Les 3 Valles Ski fahren. Der Ort St. Martin ist dafür perfekt, nicht überlaufen und bei der Gondel steht man nicht lange an. oben
