About the host

Hosted by Naomi Treadwell

Host profile image
We grew up in Maine and have lived on the coast most of our lives. Bob was a lobster fisherman for more than 20 years off an island where we lived the first 18 years of our marriage. After moving to upstate New York and running a Marina for seven years, we moved back to coastal Maine and purchased rental property.
We have enjoyed preparing this home for you.
Bob & Naomi Treadwell

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this secluded home with fresh water access because it is not far from our home. We loved the open, spacious concept of the home with room for a large group. We did some remodeling and upgrades to bring the home to our standard and enjoyed finding wildlife decor to give a cozy effect of a hunting lodge.

What makes this property unique

Many guests comment that the photos do not do justice to the beautiful home and setting. This spot is off the beaten path to give privacy but not too far from the coastal attractions. The pond offers a quiet place to relax, fish, kayak or swim.
