Farmhouse Retreat Casita - close to everything!
Welcome to our dreamy retreat-like property!
Tucked in a mountainside in Franklin with beautiful tree-lined streets and open farmland, see our resident deer in the morning and hear the beautiful birds chirp from the bistro set located on your own private patio.
Our casita has its own private driveway and entrance, inside you’ll find a cozy studio apartment with a Queen Bed, Tv with Netflix & DVD player, kitchenette with sink, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, coffee maker (coffee pods supplied), Brita pitcher, plates/silverware/utensils/cups provided, a full bathroom with shower (shampoo/conditioner/body wash/razors/toothpaste/blow dryer provided).
Sheets, blankets, towels, & first aid kit provided. We provide luggage holders, as well as a clothing rack.
Pool is located on the property & is community property while you ’re here. Pool towels included.
Enjoy the secluded privacy of this retreat home, while also being central to EVERYTHING. Berry Farms is less than 5 minutes away, Spring Hill is 15 minutes, and downtown Franklin is 15minutes!
There is room for a pack and play if you are traveling with a little one.
