Wooden family home with multiple living areas and lovely open views, very close to the Golfe du Morbihan.
Ground floor: entrance, toilet, master suite with bedroom, shower room and dressing room, large living and dining room, open-plan kitchen (bar) and utility room. Terrace of 120m2, facing west and south, in grounds of 4000m2 not overlooked.
1st floor: nice living room leading to 3 bedrooms and the bathroom (bath and toilet).
Enjoy evenings with family or friends in front of beautiful sunsets, on the terrace with barbecue and large garden.
Just 3km away, you'll find coastal paths, market towns selling local products, Baden and Le Bono golf courses and "Le Gavrinis", a delicious Michelin-starred restaurant.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la propriété de Anne & Gildas! La maison est accueillante, très bien équipée, avec des espaces intérieurs et extérieurs confortables & chaleureux. Anne & Gildas nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup d’attention et ont été à l’écoute de nos demandes pour nous recommander activités & restos! Nous avons suivi leur recommandations et n’avons pas été déçus! Je serais ravies de retourner passer des vacances chez eux pour explorer plus encore cette magnifique région.
