Our family had a great week at Smith Mountain Lake. THE HEATED POOL WAS A REAL TREAT FOR OUR 5 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER. Hope to return next year.

The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of sitting space in various areas in the house. Pool area was great. Lots of chairs. The kayak and paddleboards were a great addition. The boards needed to be inflated and they came and fixed things up timely. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was amazing!! The only down fall was low water level on the lake so swimming off the dock was not possible. This is one of my favorites when the others are done with boating. So we spent a good amount of time with the pool and hot tub. This saved us from being in the house to much! The boat ramp next to the house was also a huge plus for us as well and made the checking out process efficient, as we load a ton of items right into the boat for transport.

This house is PERFECT!! We had 10 of us staying in the house and it couldn’t be more perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom, bathrooms are updated and nice! The POOL - omg it was refreshing and a lot of fun to relax in. Communication with the owner top notch!! Would definitely love to stay here again!!

Beautiful property in wonderful location! We enjoyed the view from the porch as much as being in the pool and on the lake. Perfect for our family vacation. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Sandy Bottom Cove was super nice! House was beautifully decorated, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable! The pool was very relaxing, and the perfect temperature. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, and the pool table on the lower level as well! The view of Smith Mountain Lake was gorgeous, especially as the sun was coming up in the morning. We had to call the maintenance number to get some debris out of the pool, and they came right away, and took care of everything which was great! We would definitely rent this house again!

This is a beautiful property! Cleanliness was wonderful. The pool area could have some weeds/vegetation removed but other than that its spectacular. We had a wonderful vacation here and would definitely return.

House was wonderful. Bedrooms were large and comfortable giving everyone plenty of room. Common areas were also great. Pool and hot tub was wonderful bonus and the cove the house was on kept things quite with easy access to the water.

Lovely birthday weekend

What a great weekend with family and friends. The pool was wonderful and on a rainy evening the hot tub is a dream. There is so much space and love all of the amenities!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time! We loved being right on the water. Easy walk to the dock. It was great being in the cove to go out on the boat or just float around. We all agreed, it was a lot of fun and look forward to next year:)

The house itself was beautiful, very warm and cozy. Our family loved the pool as well as the hot tub and then other family came for dinner for a birthday celebration and loved the house. Contact with Mike was easy and he was so pleasant to deal with.

Gorgeous Home Beautiful Setting

This property is exactly as pictured and it is lovely. Tons of activities, lots of space to relax and a great hot tub. The pool was gorgeous too, but too cold for us in late March.

Family friendly

My family stayed here for 6 days. The property was very clean and family friendly. Neighborhood was quiet and only a 10 minute drive to local shops, arcade and restaurants. There was so much to do from water activities to the game room downstairs. We truly enjoyed our stay!
