Gite chatmant a la nature en plein coeur du Marais Audomarois

Peaceful, tranquil holiday cottage of 40m2 located in a park of 8000m2 formerly a holiday village of approx. 20 cottages in the heart of the Audermarois marsh. Completely renovated cottage with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, a bedroom with bed 160 x 200cm, living room with sofa bed 140 x 190cm, bathroom with walk in shower, and 2 private terraces (furniture to be installed in July 2023). Ideal for cycling, walking, fishing, relaxing on the terrace. PETS ALLOWED: Dogs only and only if you dont leave your lovely dog alone in the property. Extra fee for your dog : 15 euros per stay.

Excellent property beautifully appointed and well equipped. Visited St Omer and Arras - very interesting new museum in Notre Dame de Lorette (memorial 14-18).

We had a really lovely stay here. The place is beautifully decked out, compact and cosy, and everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, right down to a genuinely comfy bed. It was amazingly quiet, and we loved watching the birds on the feeder outside, especially the ones getting a bit too enthusiastic about the feeding balls.Both the front and back outside areas are lovely to sit out in. One thing worth knowing that isn't obvious from the photos is that the property sits close to several other similar gite style buildings with no real partition between them, though as this one is at the end you only get the occasional person walking past.Saint Omer is about 15 minutes by car, but we found it surprisingly hard to find much open on the doorstep, even when Google Maps said otherwise. There are boulangeries and boucheries around but they're spread out sporadically. That felt like a fair trade off for the quiet though, and there's plenty of beauty and interest a short drive away. Hiring bikes and boats looked trickier to sort than we expected, but we had some wonderful walks through forests and around beautiful villages and towns instead. A great base for exploring the area.

Une jolie petite maison avec tout le nécessaire, tout confort, joliment décorée.

Une situation proche pour découvrir la région de Saint Omer et les marais, de belles balades natures.
