Modern 4BR oasis on 1 acre, 1 min from stunning Leeward Beach

Legacy Palms Villa is an ideal oasis for visitors to Providenciales. Set on an acre of private land, this secluded location provides privacy and tranquility. Kick back and relax by the pool with tons of natural shade from the beautiful palm trees and natural island vegetation or take a 10 minute walk to the beach. The villa is also a short 5 minute drive to the popular Grace Bay strip where you can find many different restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping, and grocery stores.

The space

The property is gated and protected with 24 hr security. Open, airy, modern concept. One bedroom downstairs with a king sized bed and en-suite. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom with a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a luxurious tub, and access to the wrap around balcony. Other two bedrooms upstairs both have a queen sized bed and one room has a twin sized trundle bed as well, ideal for children.

- 10 minute walk to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach voted one of the best beaches in the world
- 2 minute drive to the Leeward Marina with a variety of water based activities such as Jet Skis, Paddle Boarding, fishing etc.
- 5 minute drive to the Salt Mills plaza, Regency Villa and IGA Gourmet grocery store. Shopping, restaurants, tourist activities.
- 15 minute drive from the Airport.

Our host was very accomodating and helpful. Property was very clean and in good shape. Our family found it to be an excellent choice to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. Sunset Beach was only a short walk away and we enjoyed relaxing around the beautiful pool.

Great communication

Working with the host was so easy and was very responsive to any questions we had. Additionally they made sure to help with our baggage that was delayed to help make sure it arrived as we were doing activities. Great customer service!!

A little difficult to find but once there it was amazing property. Host was very responsive and helpful. Bring food with you if you can. Food is super expensive and you can bring it with you as long as it is unopened purchase

Heaven in Paradise

It’s rare that we can say the pictures don’t do this beautiful home justice! Legacy Palms was the perfect home base for our family of 3 adults and 3 college age daughters. Spotless, comfortable, modern, private but close to everything! And as a bonus the backyard was an absolute oasis we truly can’t wait to return!!

Great house!

We loved the house and Bianca was terrific. She met us when we arrived and offered to stock the house with whatever we needed. Beautiful kitchen! Great living area that is perfect for a large family to all be comfortable. Comfortable beds! Only issue was that we were a little disappointed with the backyard and pool. There were lots of centipedes (and spider webs) and some of the furniture needed replacing (mold on cushions) so we spent most of the time at the beach. However, we would stay again and it was overall a great VRBO experience and just as advertised online.

Great for my girls trip!

The property was very impressive and clean. We loved how close it was to the main parts of Grace bay and enjoyed the beach near by. It was comfortable for our party of 6. If all 8 had managed to come, it still would have been spacious had everything we needed. If you grab groceries, the kitchen is stocked and also has spices in the cabinet. We loved also that we didn’t have to clean before we left, though we did our best to have it be neat and to remove our decorations. Made check out extremely easy.

Celebrating with friends

We enjoyed our stay for a girls trip to celebrate our friend’s 50th birthday. The house is beautiful and as pictured. Check in process was smooth with the self check in. However, communication with the host was not great. Texted them a few times to arrange a time for them to meet us and do a walk through of the property as per their requests and had no responses. We’re on vacation and can’t be expected to hang around all day for them to come and do an introduction of the house - this is after several days on the property already. Host response time was very slow; however, they were very quick to respond when we had issue with the pool and dishwasher.

Legacy Palms Villa Ideal

We stayed at Legacy Palms Villa for five weeks during February and March. A wonderful property--the house, the outdoor patio, the pool, the firepit--all made for an exceptional stay. The house is well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, dishes, beach chairs, etc. Bianca, the property manager, is gracious, responsive and helpful for anything you need. Sunset Beach is easily walkable; however, we usually loaded beach chairs, cooler, etc., in the car and drove over. Parking is not a problem. The proximity to Leeward and the marina is nice for long walks. A true gem!

Clean and pretty spacious. Appreciated that the house was well stocked with beach items (umbrellas, chairs, towels, snorkel gear) and Leeward was a short drive away (few minutes). Kitchen was stocked as we cooked at least one meal a day. Loved the pool. There were some random issues at the house but the host was very responsive and attentive. Recommend

Amazing Property!

We came for our friends’ 30th birthday celebrations and this house was absolutely perfect. It accommodated us all perfectly with a large kitchen, a pool, plenty of bathrooms and lots of outdoor/living space. However I truly have to give it to Bianca for making our experience truly incredible! She arranged dinners (both out and a private chef) as well as a boat day where they were able to come pick us up at the beach close to the house. We will definitely be back!

We loved this villa

My family had a wonderful time at the Palms Legacy villa celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday. The place was clean, spacious and bright. It was a short drive to all the spots we wanted to go and explore and was walking distance to a beautiful beach. Bianca and her team were very helpful and responsive. They even dropped off a birthday cake. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to TCI.
