Beautiful Camptonville Endeavor home on 39 acres. Large two story home with 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. 1100 sq.ft basement with work shop/man room and large play room, laundry and toilet area. Basement is not included in square footage and is considered storage area. Great wrap around decks with hot tub and gorgeous views of distant hills. Five minutes to Bullards Bar. Year round spring fed pond. Plumbed garden area with cherry, apple, plum and pear trees. National forest on two sides of the property. Power lines are under ground to prevent damage to the lines and to reduce fire risk. Kohler generator hooked up to propane tank with transfer switch.
