Dead roach in hall area downstairs. Bedroom with bunks hair on pillows. Middle bedroom. Popcorn on bed. Other bedroom pillows smelled like they had been used. Crumbs on bed under covers.

house had enough room for everybody in our party, we couldn’t set up the sofa bed and Lee offered to send someone to help. pool is small and was crowded when we were there. all the units are close together so if you want peace and quiet this might not be for you. when they say they are not responsible for forgotten items, THEY MEAN IT !!! i forgot my purse at the unit and called and left voicemail, texted and messaged owner on the app and did not get a reply. this was only 1-2 hrs after we checked out at 10. still have not gotten a response since we checked out on monday 7/1. so there’s that, you would think a purse with important documents and medications it’s not like leaving a beach towel or a shoe.

Thank you again for staying with us Jessica. We did send you back the items you left behind. Sundays are a bit busy for us as we are scrambling to get the place turned over for the next group. Unfortunately your group did not leave the house in very good shape so we were focusing our attention on making sure the property was clean. We always do our best to return items that might be left behind. I would call the pool small but it is shared with the neighbors. We make it clear that it isn't a private pool, that is better than no pool at all.

Great Property Great Location

We have never stayed this close to town before and we had so much fun. We had great neighbors all around us and the property was clean and had everything we needed. Since we had our dog with us I loved that the entrance to the unit was fenced off. She could sit outside and look around. I also loved that there was a shower and a hose to wash off all sand from ourselves and all of our beach stuff. Lee was great and was quick to answer all of our questions. We look forward to coming back.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this home, great location, wonderful for multiple families, owners were very good with communication and very helpful! Highly recommend staying here, had everything we needed!
