Splendid and New flat (end of works on May 10th 2023), with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a beautiful Parisian building, wonderfully located in Saint-Germain des prés. You will be immersed in the heart of the capital with many shops and restaurants, such as the Café de Flore, Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, the Bon Marché, and the Lutetia Hotel. My tastefully decorated, elegant, modern, bright, warm and fully equipped flat is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends



The Space:

The flat is located in a lively area with many bars and restaurants.



Flat of 65 m2 on the 1st floor with lift (half floor) is composed of:



- 2 bedrooms with double bed

- 1 living room with a double sofa bed,

- 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction hob, fridge)

- 2 shower rooms

- 1 separate toilet



Sheets and towels are provided and cleaning is done by professional staff.

Paris for a milestone birthday

The flat itself was exactly as in the pictures and quite lovely. The neighborhood was great - close to museums, an Epic market 30 feet away with lots of restaurants and bars. And there in lies the problem - on Friday and Saturday nights the street noise from folks partying went on until 5:00am. Both bedrooms face the street and the windows are definitely single pane so at times it felt like the partiers were in the room with you. The bedrooms also got quite warm in the evening and on Friday and Saturday you could not open the windows due to noise. A few suggestions for the property owner: 1) install noise blocking blinds or shutters 2) get an extra fob for the interior gate (we were instructed to leave the key in the lock box at the flat door when we were going our separate ways for the day - but with only one fob for the interior gate only the person with the fob would be able to get to the flat door) 3) a few more towels and instructions for the washer/dryer would be helpful

Great Location - Not for relaxing

Three ladies visiting for Fashion Week. Location is awesome and close to everything Pros: Location/Space • Market on the corner, plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes in walking distance. • Easy to get an uber or taxi • Exactly as photos, spacious w/3 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 toilet) • Equipped with everything needed for a good stay • We felt safe Cons: A few • Check in info was incorrect. (wrong lockbox code via email, correct code given later by phone) Info should be emailed for download. International guests wont always have immediate access to wifi to click on the app link • Unit on the 2nd fl of a very dark and narrow staircase. Not a good for those with mobility issues. • Bars and restaurants partied til at least 4am or 5am. Very noisy all night. Walls are very thin and you hear everything. Don’t count on getting any sleep. • At 5 am loud garbage trucks arrive and they sound as if they are inside the unit. We got very little sleep • There is only one entry key, which was a slight inconvenience because on some days we had separate plans, we asked if there was a 2nd key but no response. • It was cold in the unit and no instructions on how to work the heater. • We needed extra towels, bring your own face cloths • We had a few questions, but the management company stopped responding after we confirmed entry into the unit. Overall a great trip but not for those looking for a quiet relaxing stay due to the proximity of the late night bars and restaurants

très bel appartement - très bon emplacement - rue très animée le soir car nombreux restaurants - commerces juste à côté - 2 bémols : un seul jeu de clés et un seul pass pour accéder à l'appartement - une télévision mais aucun accès aux chaînes nationales et accès netflix uniquement avec ses propres identifiants.
