The house is in a great location and has views of the bay, but needed a little maintenance work. The gas grill outside needs to be replaced. The kitchen needs to be stocked with more dish towels, and larger pots and pans for house size. The kitchen also needs to be stocked with basic condiments, salt, and pepper, etc. The couch downstairs needs to be steam cleaned or replaced, dining room chairs need to be steam cleaned. The house is a four bedroom with a bonus area they’re counting as a fifth room with beds at the top of the stairs, which leads to the bedrooms. We have been coming to Pensacola for 20 years and we have stayed in houses that are better equipped for large crowds. This time we only had 10 adult family members. The house would be great with a little maintenance.

Our family had an absolutely incredible stay at this property. The space is modern, spacious, and was the perfect setup for us and our two children.One of the biggest highlights was the access to the water. We spent so much time swimming in the sound and fishing right off the private dock, which was a huge hit—the fishing was consistently great! The wildlife sightings were the icing on the cake; we had a great blue heron visit us almost every day, and we even saw dolphins swimming right under the dock on a few occasions!We also took full advantage of the location by renting jet skis and going parasailing nearby. The location offers the best of both worlds:Waterfront fun: Direct access to the sound for swimming, boating, and nature watching.Beach access: A short, easy two-block walk to the famous white quartz sand. The sand is incredibly soft and the beach area is beautiful.The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the sunsets over the sound are truly "to die for"—we made sure to be out on the deck every evening to catch them.On the practical side, the internet was reliable and fast enough for our needs. It did cut out for one day and required a bit of troubleshooting to get back online, but it wasn't a major hurdle in an otherwise perfect trip.We would highly recommend this home to any family looking for a modern, well-located getaway. We’d love to come back!

Spring Break 2023

The property was nice and fit our family. Everything except the garage door was in working order. Called maintenace on door opener. They were there the following day but could not repair. Told me they would be backk the following day to replace the opener. Never returned. Our stay was pleasant. I would recommend this property for a familygathering.

We do have a bit of discrepancy on the garage door issue as we discovered the sensor was covered, we made sure the sensor was uncovered and the garage door has been operating fine since the day we came out for the repair. Great location! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a family of 10. The elevator was great for my mother that has mobility issues. We enjoyed the shallow and sandy access to the water, which was perfect for the kids.

Wonderful Family Retreat

This is the perfect house for families to get together and enjoy the beach. The Pier out into the bay was perfect for the kids to jump into the water and swim. My father is in a wheelchair and the elevator enabled him to enjoy the house as well. The only thing I believe can be improved on is the entry out onto the back deck upstairs, it is not wheelchair accessible.

Great location, great house.

What more could you ask for. Walking distance to Pensacola beach, bars, restaurants. Watch the dolphins and rays swim around from the balcony or dock. Fish from the dock or a quick walk to the gulf and you can fish there. Plenty of parking here which has been a struggle at other properties I’ve rented in the area. Kayak, life vests, umbrellas, beach chairs, games provided by owners which was really great. Two refrigerators to store plenty of food, drinks and the catch of the day. For me and my family, it was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Also, having a code at the front door instead of having to worry about keys makes a huge difference when you have a large group. Check in was simple, text reminders were great. Overall the whole stay was easy, worry free and a great experience.
