Great place to stay. Close enough to town to walk to dinner at the harbor and to the wine tasting tour pickup location. Donut shop right behind it was awesome.

Highly recommend staying here! Troy was so easy to work with and the house was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised.
We walked to the beach every day, and to downtown every night. We can’t wait to come back!

Very cute, and comfy! My husband enjoyed the pillows (better than most hotels). Loved Porter's Bakery next door.

Thank you for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that you found the place cute and comfy, and that your husband enjoyed the pillows. It's great to know you loved Porter's Bakery next door. We hope to welcome you back soon!
Had a great experience staying at this cozy location just outside of downtown Traverse City. Was a short walk or drive to everything. It was clean and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The property manager was also very communicative and answered all questions promptly.
Great location, walking/biking distance to restaurants and breweries in Traverse City. The bakery next door was clutch! We loved being about to walk to the waterfront on Grand Traverse Bay (about 10 minutes), as well as restaurants in the nearby Oakwood neighborhood. The property is well-maintained, clean, and cutely decorated. We have an older pup, and the steps to this unit were a bit steep for him, so next time we'd opt for the first-floor unit.

We loved this cute and quaint apartment. It was clean and nicely decorated. The apartment was clean and quiet. There was not adequate parking however, there was street parking extremely close so it was not an issue. Thank you so much! We would recommend this place for any small family! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Thank you, Jordan! We’re so glad you loved the apartment and found it clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. We appreciate your understanding about the parking, and we're happy to hear that the nearby street parking worked well for you. We'd love to host you again — hope you can stay longer next time!
The place was as shown but parking is an issue. There was no allowed overnight parking on the street in the winter and we had to pay 16.00 to park in a public structure 10 minute walk. This should be clear at the time of the booking or I would have choose another location

Thank you for your feedback, Lisa. I'm sorry to hear about the parking inconvenience you experienced during your stay. I'll make sure to update the listing to provide clear information about the parking situation, especially during the winter months. Your input is valuable, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. If you decide to stay with us again in the future, please feel free to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
My husband and I stayed for a few weeks at this property. We were able to bring along our cats which was a great option instead of putting them into a kennel during our long stay.
We enjoyed the property and didn't feel like we were travelling. There isn't a full kitchen, but with the toaster oven and microwave, you can easily prepare simple meals. Plus there's the added bonus of Family Fare across the street for supplies.
I give 5 stars to the management company. I had to extend my stay. Management easily made that adjustment with very little effort on my part.
I would happily stay at this property or others they run in TC.

Totally Mis-Represented Property Rental_Property ID 2286130
Bad D Grade. Troy the owner didn't respond to questions in an orderly fashion leading up to our rental. I questioned him on the fact that previous renter's said the Ice maker didn't work. Ice was needed and he replied it was investigated and fixed. It wasn't fixed and produced no ice. Why he had to purposely lie about this is beyond comprehension. Place was still under remodeling as the extra cupboard was below standard kitchen countertop. And then there is the issue of such a low ceiling we bumped on heads just about everywhere, except the bathroom. What a travesty. I'd like some kind of refund. I wouldn't recommend this Property to anyone.
The apartment was clean and location was great. An amazing bakery next door and a grocery store one block away, making it easy to keep necessities stock. The TART trail system is just one block away and can be used to access areas of interest by walking or bike (beaches, downtown, marina, other towns). Area was safe for walking, even at night. It is an upstairs apartment so there are stairs to climb. There isn’t an area for sitting outside. But there is so much to do in Traverse City that we didn’t miss the outdoor space. Enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Misleading
Unbeknownst to us, there was only one parking spot for two units, available on a first come basis. The other renter rarely moved its vehicle. Consequently, left to our own devices to find parking. Despite paying a substantial cleaning fee, host demanded that you strip the bed, start the dishwasher, and take out the trash. There are very few places you can stand in the unit without hitting your head. The A/C does not effectively cool the bedroom. The ice maker did not work. It is located much farther from the city center than represented.
