This was our second time back to the cottages, and we will definitely be back for more visits. The cottage is in the ideal location, walking distance to town, yet a little quieter on the outskirts. We had a nice view of the harbor from our kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Great park nearby if you come with a furry friend, which was super convenient.

This house is both functional and charming. Close walking to town and the prettiest views. We had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay! Towels and linens were fresh and the mattresses were very comfortable. Having a grill and outdoor seating was wonderful! We loved everything about our stay except leaving.

This was an excellent spot for my family during our recent trip to Nantucket. The location was great, and it was easy to walk into town. The property was updated and clean. Thresa was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We rented two houses next to each other, which was perfect for our family to spread out. I highly recommend this place!

We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals on our travels, but this one was my favorite. It was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs. We could see the ocean from side windows, so nice, where there was a small beach. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped.

We have stayed at these cottages for years because they are clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished and the kitchen is a pleasure to use. There are always nice updates of appliances. There is no skimping on quality. Great location and a wonderful host who is always helpful and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!

The home was not ready when we arrived to check in at 4:00 PM. Then the cleaners showed up asking if we were leaving at 9:00 AM on the day of check out, then again at 10:00 AM when check out was not until 11:00 AM. Other than that, the home was clean and well-equipped, and only a short 5-10 minute walk to town.
